nothing for yesterday, besides walking around target for 3 hrs...tonight I have my hour with the personal trainer, I'm so scared!

Couldn't do anything yesterday. Kids open house at school and had to get her haircut for picture day today. Tonight though....WE RIDE..LOL...spinning class..;)

spinning - class with stationary bikes and instructor creating a "ride" for you. Bikes have tension knobs, when going down a hil, no resistance and fast pace, when riding up a hill, high tension, slower pace, coming up off the saddle at times. Very challenging, but also great for a beginner because we can go at our own pace. There is a spinning thread going on in the exercise forum, and there is a much better definition of spinning there!

Yesterday 45 minute Spinning class! Tonight I'm vegging out in pain..lol

Today is also weigh in day with weight watchers..I'm hoping for a pound loss ;)

Friday, 25 min stationary bike, 10 min treadmill (super incline)

Saturday, 5 min elliptical warm up 60 minutes with devil trainer (legs)
