Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App Oh I will definitely be on here keeping everyone up to date- I also have a blog so feel free to check in and when I started the process I did the math on how long it would take me to get everything done and DECIDED I without a doubt WILL get my surgery in September and even tho the nurse doubted my ability make it happen- I did it! So dont ever give up it will be hard but it is most definitely worth it!!! There is a light at the end of the tunnel!

Wow, we're neighbors practically! I have been recovering pretty well, got my staples and stuff out yesterday and actually ended up having my gastric bypass on the 14th! September 29, 20169 yr @@john925, @@The Starving Mom, I hope you are both recovering well. I have my last NUT appointment at UH next Wednesday then everything will be submitted to insurance. I hope to schedule surgery for the first week of November. Any general feedback about your experience with UH? Dr. Khaitan is my surgeon. I'm starting to get excited and nervous!
