Replace milk with RTD premier Protein shakes

I just made mine with sugar free cheesecake pudding mix and the strawberries & cream protein.. Delicious!

I can't wait to try the other flavor combos. It's nice to have something relatively guilt free!

Eggface's blog also suggests blending premier RTD with a tbsp of sugar free pudding mix and ice for thicker shakes with different flavors.

The two she did that looked the best were:

banana shake + cheesecake pudding

vanilla shake + lemon pudding

the sugar free caramel with a chocolate shake was my favorite. :) I ate this often in my early post-op stages.
