Mashed potatoes

Okay...so everytime I try to eat mashed potatoes they make me sick...why? I'm making them just like my doctor/surgeon said to...but ugh..it's frustrating. Anyone else have this problem? ?

Take tiny bites. If still making you sick - it may be that you can't tolerate the them yet.
