Purred Stage Help (pic included)

I'm on the pureed stage for two weeks and I'm starting to struggle. I've been craving real food and getting kind of emotional. I wasn't given any recipes to make just a short list of things I can have. If anyone would like to take a look and if they have suggestions or ideas that would be greatly appreciated. I'm no where close to a chef or creative when it comes to food. post-295495-14682041055969_thumb.jpg

In my packet I was given its labeled full liquids, but I'm aloud to have blended soups, so I assume that means I can have pureed. Starting the 19th I will move to my next stage which is "soft foods"

Soft foods is more the pureed stage. Full liquids don't have as many options.

Okay, thank you!

On my full liquids my biggest addition was cottage cheese and yogurt. I didn't really bother with 4 oz of creamy soup, the other addition.

Full liquids I have had,sf Jello,sf pop siscles, chicken broth&Water, that's it. That's all they gave me in the hospital I was sure that's all you get on liquid diet,Am I right?
