Hey,I finally lost 50lb,but I'm at a stand still & it's driving me crazy,I know this is something that happens to everyone so I will be patient! How much more have you lost. I live in Texas,but I'm from W.V. we're going home for Thanksgiving, I'd love to have another 20lbs before we head home. What sucks is I gained weight once we moved here,I think I was just so lonely missing my daughter & grandchildren. I had my surgery 7/6,I can eat about everything,well I haven't tried red meat yet! But beside that,my problem is slowing down!!! A couple of times,I ate a little to much,I'm learning trust me. I was so sick at my stomach I actually had to lay down,so about 20 minutes later I was fine. So for anyone that feels full................STOP,DON'T TAKE THAT LAST BITE!!!!!!lol. Do you all know your brain doesn't let you know your full until 20 minutes after your already full???? Weird,huh??? A little trivia there. Have a great day! I had my sleeve 7/6,I'm down 43lbs,I'm still have 65 more I'm wanting to lose. I'm at a stand still to,I'm haven't lost any weight for like 3weeks,but I'm noticing on here,it seems like the norm. So I'm going to hang in there,it will come off!!! Good luck to each & everyone of you! People think you go have surgery & BAM,the weight falls off!!!!Wrong,you have to change your eating habits,the way you eat,how much you eat. The surgery is a tool to helps us get the weight off! I just tell the truth,I was so excited about it! I've lost 43lbs & my surgery was on July 6th,I'm at a stand still ,plus I've eatin' some things I probably shouldn't have! But tomorrow & getting right back on my 3 meals,& my Water. I have 65 more lbs I want you lose. I got lazy,bc I haven't lost any for like 3 weeks!!! My dr. told me the pre -op diet was to help the liver shrink so they can get to your stomach easier. The stomach is behind the liver,the take like a "metal Straw"& lift the liver up. Why I know this may dr. gave me the pictures of my surgery. I couldn't believe how huge my stomach was,he cut alot off!!!! It was interesting to see!!!!
