Sugar Free Popsicles - Warning

So I have been eating a lot of popsicles lately. Last night I scared the crap out of myself. I started having difficulties speaking and thought "holy shit -I think I'm having a stroke"! Well it wasn't a stroke (Thank God) - I had a frozen tongue from popsicles!
