I started a few days ago of trying to drop my caloric intake down to 1500 on non workout days and alter Protein and carb macros percentages on MFP and it is tough. I was literally hurting I was so hungry last night and ended up just going to bed and tried to get to sleep as soon as possible. I know once I have the sleeve it will happen but I really can't imagine being at 1200 and mostly liquid two weeks prior to surgery. And earliest surgery would be 1st to 2nd week of December! WOW! On an upside, I REALLY like the Advocare Meal Replacement shakes and that is helping get the protein percentage up and seems to really stick with me in the mornings.
