Six months is a common time to stall. I did for about 7 agonizing weeks and also wondered if that was it for the weight loss. Not even close! Obviously what you're doing isn't working. Your body has

I looked in the threads to see if I could find anything, and nothing. I am just past 6 months post op and I am not sure what is going on. The last time I was losing steadily and consistently was a month ago, just about. Two lbs per week seemed very good to me, then I hit onderland and something happened: my weight has been fluctuating up, but not down. I gained 4 lbs from one day to the next; I was floored, especially because I haven't changed my calorie intake, or started anything anything I should not, so I blamed it on Water weight, which is fine. I have not lost consistently in a month. Now, I am about 4 lbs "behind" of where I should be at. I have started exercising and that is not helping. Anyone else experience something similar at 6 months?
Before anyone asks, no, I am not eating more or added any foods that I am not supposed to eat; Protein is ~80 grams per day, or more. I am on light exercise because I just started (~30 min on treadmill and some weight training). My fear is the same as others, that I will be stuck and won't lose anymore weight; it is discouraging. My NUT said I was on the right track with calories and all. Discouraging and frustrating at best
