I've only lost 6 since my surgery on 5/10 but I refuse to think bad about that! I lost 13 pre surgery so I'll take that total loss. We are forever altered by this procedure and need to consider that t

@@Esoler What makes you think you're drinking too many Protein shakes? Are you tracking your protein and Water intake? You've lost 10 lbs in a week - that's incredible! I'd say whatever you're doin

GG123, I'm in the same boat. Mine was on the 12th and I've inly lost a few pounds. I feel different in my clothes, but nothing really showing on the scale yet. It's discouraging. Let me know what your doctor says about it if you ask. I've read it's normal because of all the fluids and gas they pump you with, but then I don't know why so many other people are dropping so much weight

May 6 sleeve here and I've lost 11 pounds. I feel like I am a very slow loser even though I'm sticking meticulously to the eating plan. I've noticed 2 days ago that I've been really hungry. I've been able to fight it but am disappointed I am already hungry

Sleeved May 10th

Original w 264

Surgery w 245

Current w 234 but I've been the same now for 3 days. Don't think I'm getting enough protein. And my surgeon is super strict. I'm on full liquid for 2 weeks, (1st week was clear only) no jello. At week 4 I can do soft foods. Not hungry but the head hunger struggle is real.

Rny 14.05. How much can you eat? I ve been eating 3table spoons of soup or so and 1 1/3 litre of water. But I can't tell when I m full. It drives me nuts. Not hungry. Lost 1 stone so far since last Sat.

@@catalina_uk You won't get full on liquids. Meet your protein and fluid requirements and when you can eat food - measure so you only eat what is recommended rather than waiting for a queue to be full (it will probably be too late by then and you will e uncomfortable). Good luck!

Sleeved 5/13 - Journey started at 236. 5/13 weighed 225, today 5/20 I weigh 215. I might be drinking to many protein shakes ...

Well I feel really crappy after reading these posts lol. I was sleeved May 11 and have lost only 6 stinking pounds. We have higher protein goals than most it seems: 80 gm per day and 64 oz water. I haven't cheated at all guess I should get on the elliptical and try and burn calories,.

I had my surgery May 9th. I lost 10 lbs during the pre op diet and only 6 lbs since the surgery. I really expected more.

I am getting in 40-64ozs. of Water and have met my Protein using two Premier Protein drinks. i acan't do much excercise because I am awaiting full knee replacement. any ideas to speed up the loss?

I've only lost 6 since my surgery on 5/10 but I refuse to think bad about that! I lost 13 pre surgery so I'll take that total loss. We are forever altered by this procedure and need to consider that this is a new forever NOT determined by the scale today!
