for the first time in a long time i got on the scale and it said 199 lbs. surgery date was 12-11-15. started at 270 and a little under 5 months i am 70 pounds down and super excited. still more work to be done but loving my decision to go ahead and change my life with sleeve surgery.

I am so excited for you! I a 5-6 pounds away from that particular goal and itching to make it.

Congratulations! That has been my personal goal my entire adult life. I was 220 at 19 and gradually heavier and heavier every year [37 now and 275). Every time I dieted the goal was to see that 1. Hopefully I will this winter
