For the first month I had my husband hide the scale and only give it to me on Monday mornings. He'd take it out when I was in the shower and then put it away again when I left for work. Seems extrem

I weigh myself every day but only Mondays count. Your body has to adjust to weight loss. It can be hard to accept emotionally, but your body will drop pounds, inches and recover. Stall are an im

It's supposed to be 80. I feel like I'm eating too much as it is. I'm scared to eat more to get the Protein in.

You need to do it. Try to eat more frequently. Early out I was sipping something (protein/fluids) all day.

Hello everyone. My stall was for two weeks. Though my fat percentage kept going down my weight wouldn't. Then one morning I woke up and didn't feel like weighing myself but I did and bam. 2 lbs less. I'm happy that that's over. I've lost 24 lbs total now. Looking forward to losing much more

@@jccanada You will lose if you get more protein. Get some protein powder to put in fluids if you don't want more food. Your body will go into starvation mode without adequate calories/food and think it needs to hang on to fat.

I usually add unflavored protein to my regular protein and I can get more for one bang. I do one scoop of unflavored isopure with one premier and you get 59 grams right there. Sometimes I can't finish it.

I'm trying to hold on to my hair and keep my calories low with high protein intake.

Gaining is also part of losing. During my stall I went up two pounds too. But I didn't let that discourage me of my ultimate goal. I have another 60 lbs to lose and this is just the begging. Hang in there. Keep tracking your meals and Water intake. Don't cheat on your meals and your stall will break. I promise.
