Quick and easy high protein healthy snacks/meals?

Hey everyone!

I recently found a great snack/small meal and I would love to share.

One medium banana

1/2 cup high Protein plain Greek yogurt

1-2 tablespoon of PB2 powered Peanut Butter

Mix the pb2 in the yogurt- and your done! You can use the yogurt mixture as a dip for your banana which you can cut up and eat with a fork/spoon slowly. It's low calorie- very high protein. (About 20g depending on how much yogurt and pb2 you use).

Anyone else have great quick and easy snacks/small meals they make?!

I container of dannon light & fit greek yogurt has 9 grams of carbs and 12 grams of Protein.

I use 1/2 scoop Protein powder to flavor plain Greek yogurt. Adds 10G of protein without adding any carbs.

Bariatric Choice sells a Jello type desert. It has low calories & a good amount of protein. One box gives me 2 servings. I keep it on hand for when I want something sweet. I also put 2 packs of Splenda in the mix because I like sweet stuff.
