I'm on 3rd week and I have come to a stall, don't weigh yourself because you are losing inches

None of us lose at a constant or steady rate. We all stall and most of us experience our first stall about three weeks after surgery.

Just follow your program. Focus on getting in all of your Protein and fluids and stay off the scale.

Embrace the Stall!

Thanks for the heads up AmyMarie! That's helps. My dietician said our bodies are still healing right now and we are just focusing on staying hydrated. She continued with the weight will pick up the next stage when we've healed more.
