310 was my starting weight. I'm now down to 249 (what I weighed in high school). My personal goal weight is 180.

You didnt put ur height down im assuming your 5' 8 or over.. cause i am 5'9 and 180 i love although i went down to 177 my lowest with the band.. your going to get their soon..

I'm actually only 5'6. I'd be ecstatic to reach 180 or even lower. Although the lowest I've ever been in my adult life is 225 or 230. I carry my weight very well. No one ever believes me when I tell them how much I weigh.
