Hot sauce on a paper cut? You can, but you might regret it....

But, I know what you mean. When I dieted really hard and list 90 pounds several years before sleeve, I found myself putting hot sauce on everything. It's a thing, apparently.

But, I seriously think you will regret it in the clear broth stage.

Haven't had surgery yet so shouldn't hurt haha

if you are adding a few drops to a broth it shouldn't matter, especially if you are taking a acid medicine. Just try and a little and be careful. I think I had hot sauce on week 3.

I sure did during pre-op.

It made it all taste better.

Frank's in beef stock reminds me of Phó Soup

I make my own bone broth at home and add Frank's right before consuming!

Stock was my savior during liquid diet pre and post op. The sweet flavor a of most protein shakes gets boring quickly! I lived for my savory stocks.
