Damage to sleeve

So I'm two days out and my nutritionist advised I could ear dannon light and fit yogurts in any flavor. While eating the coconut and pineapple I had a small piece of pineapple, more like a shred, go down. Painful but the pain subsided. Could I have damaged the sleeve?

  • That sucks, stupid sponge bob not now!!!

  • Hopefully she meant yogurt without bits in it. Since it caused you discomfort, you could dilute it with milk and strain it.

  • Maybe she didn't realize it had a little pineapple in it. Feeling better now. I just have a great imagination of a tiny piece of pineapple clinging to a staple and causing an issue.

They told us just no large chunky yogurts, tiny pieces were ok.

This wasn't a big chunk. But it felt like sponge bobs house was in me.

You are ok, but it does seem early for chunky food. My world view is to think about today...and tomorrow..not about the past (unless you learn from it!) My politics may not be uber conservative, but when it comes to health - be careful! I know you are fine but go slow...

Oikos zero stuff too. The mixed berry is my fav so far

I found that sticking to items that were smooth (no chunks) made me mentally feel safer that I wouldn't cause any problems.
