    I agree with others. Walk and move around. Most of mine was in my shoulder so a heating pad was helpful, too.

Stretch in place and drink more water.....

I would roll from side to side, pull knees up into chest ( best I could) and believe it or not do arm rolls to keep it out of my shoulders. That seemed to move the gas around so that when I walked I could pass it easier. Hang in there.

Mrs. Santiago, I'm right with you! Had my surgery on 12/29 & I have so much pain! When I try to walk it feels like my stomach weighs 800lbs & I'm gonna rip the stitches open!?!?? I can barely get any fluid down & it's spasms so bad?!?!?? If I lose weight it's gonna be from starvation!!!!! I'm so frustrated!!!! ????

When I feel full or something stuck after eating I still walk, walk, walk
