Omg im into week 3 post op and im stressed because the scale stop moving and my appetite got stronger. Wat is going on??? Am i going to be stuck forever. Help me friends

Almost 2 weeks post op and starting to feel regret. I want to eat so bad and i cant. I miss food the satisfaction it gave me and overall the relationship i had with it . Now im stuck trying to think what did i do ?? Helppppp

So i sing in the choir of my church , for those that don't know singers use their diaphragm to project their voice Just curious to know when can i return to sing ? I was sleeved on 12/30/15 and ive tried singin but it still hurts a bit

Surgery went well. Recovering at home . pain is minimal just sore and lots of gas

So i got sleeved on 12/30/15 and im 3 days post op. Pain is minimal. Just learning to sip all day to avoid dehydration.drinking mint tea and tsking gas strips for comfort . any other suggestions to make this process smoother?

So im omw to get some biotin to prevent hair loss. Surgery is on december 30. Any suggestions on the dosage of biotin?
