What is a good gummy multi?

I'm almost two weeks out from surgery and bought pill form multivitamins that meet every requirement. They are HUGE! I would like to save them for when I'm along further so I am in need of a gummy form. If there is one with iron already in it would be best if possible. Taking iron by itself makes me sick :( any suggestions fellow sleevers?

I was told chewable vitamins are better for us vs gummy. Flinstones is what my dr. said. I'm three months out and taking a liquid vitamin now

I'm leaning toward the Vitamin patch. However my surgeon won't allow vitamin gummies because they are too filling and you need to be able to get your Water and Protein in.

Whatever pills I take each day will need to be crushed anyway, so my nut recommended mixing them into the Protein Drink or applesauce or something like that.

I use gummies and have just discovered that the Kroger store brand tastes much better than the Centrum. I just finished off the jar of Kroger yesterday and tried the Centrum today. Ick. Neither one has Iron, but I have problems with my body retaining too much iron.

Centrum chewables are lovely !!
