6 months post op

It's been exactly 6 months today on thanksgiving. It's been a surprising time. Definitely giving thanks today for the weight I've lost .

Basically followed the diet my doctor provided and just tweaked it a bit. Granola bars have become my replacement for a snickers bar. I may have a spoon or two of rice and pasta about once a month but that's it. I don't miss it at all.

I have seen a big difference in my skin since I started the gym. I'm definitely getting toned.

I notice I don't miss rice at all. Not sure it'll be the same for noodlesome but I'm glad there's wheat noodles and spinach noodles, even gluten free.

I will work harder and def replace bcuz I still get a sweet tooth.
