  1. When you say you never go over 900 calories it made me think. I am 2 weeks out. 2000 calories is normal. 1200 is dieting. 900 is probably a stretch of we eat all our meals. My question is will we always only eat like 1000 a day?

  6. Hello. 17 th for me in Dallas. My preop is allowing me one shake breakfast and dinner and lean meat and veggies for lunch plus energy bar as snack. Down 12 pounds in 10 days ( I started a few days in advance)
  7. Hello, I am new to this board. I am enjoying hearing all your stories. Thank you all for sharing. I had a lap band in 2006, success, but 6 years later many problems with vomiting during meals and became unbearable. I had it removed in 2014. I am now scheduled for a sleeve on 12/17. Excited. Down 11 pounds on pre diet.
