6 months post op

It's been exactly 6 months today on thanksgiving. It's been a surprising time. Definitely giving thanks today for the weight I've lost .

      Thanks. My DR told me I would lost about 80 in a year so I way past that in half the time. My person goal is to lose 10 - 15 lbs but those last ten don't want to go away but it's more because I'm at

    Makes me jealous, lol! I just slug along and the weight slowly goes down, I so wish it would it would just drop off in big chunks. I will turtle my way to the finish line though... persistence and determination.
