Recipe for chickpea salad

It's amazing!! One can of chick peas and corn. 6 cherry tomatoes and one avocado and some cilantro chopped up. Add lime juice. Mix it all together add some fresh or powdered garlic/salt pepper and cumin to taste. Not sure if you can but a touch of honey makes it that much better!!

Yum! I may try this without the corn. I love anything with cilantro.

I lived on chickpeas from month 4 to about 12 months. It was one of the few things that never bothered my tummy and I could eat it slowly. However, not all cans of chick peas are alike, some of the less expensive brands are horrible. They are undercooked, it's amazing how there is such a range in quality. I am going to try your recipe, it sounds delicious.

Mmm going to try this one. Thank you for posting. I am also going to try sprouting chick peas which I have never done despite sprouting lots of other things.
