I got on the scale today and was two pounds heavier than Monday which is when I usually weigh myself. I'm pmsing and felt really bloated so checked my weight.
I've made some mistakes but for the most part have maintained a fairly decent diet. Why am I not losing more weight? I read that some have lost 35 in their first month.
Could this mean my surgery isn't working or that I'm doing something wrong? I've cheated a few times but nothing major.
