I am nearing my 6 month anniversary mark and although it sounds like you could make some changes, you may need to also consider that the honeymoon period may be ending...hence the sluggish weight loss

So, I am 6 months post op and feeling great! I know what I have accomplished this far is amazing but for the last month, I have seen very little to no progress in my weight loss. I am still focusing on eating the right things, but I admit some have fallen to the wayside. I haven't been drinking my Protein shakes, but still focus on my protein intake with food. I work out maybe once or twice a week, but know that I can increase that as well.
So, I guess I need a kick in the ass to get on it again. Is this common to slow down at the 6 month mark? I know everyone is different and I can get back on a better track. For the most part, I feel confident in the things that I am doing, but just need some good, honest advice to how I can get this going again!
