So I'm 7 months post op and can eat more than I could months ago. My 3 meals a day are good and protein based. Up until now my snack has been a handful of peanuts during the afternoon. Over the months, one handful has turned into two, which turned into three, and then it became grazing on the whole bag. So I'm done with peanuts. Can someone please offer up snack ideas that I can purchase and snack on at work that will keep me full? I rather ideas that I can purchase at the supermarket not make in the kitchen. Thanks a lot!
