Fiber?!?!?

So I have been doing Protein non stop and it's worked out great. I am down 62 pounds. But now I am facing taking a laxative every 3 days to have a bowel movement.

Does anyone have any recommendation for Fiber that won't throw off my weight loss?

Thank you

I was told to take benefiber 3 x day, and i put it in sunsweet light prune juice, which adds more fiber, but if loose stool to back off. I try to take it 2 x day, but sometimes I do need the miralax. good luck

Fruit and dark green leafy veg, do a meatless day once a week and use beans for protein, prunes, prune juice, flax powder, psyllium, smooth move tea, miralax, ducolax, milk of magnesia, colace, black coffee, 1 tsp epsom salt dissolved in 4ounces of grapefruit juice. It really depends on what your body chemistry reacts to

Same issue here. Now that I am 6 months, I am taking a fiber chew. that is helping a lot.... too bad it 20 calories. Oh well.... I was nice bathroom visits.

I was taking 2 senna-s every night and it was working fine. For me it worked more like a softener then a laxative. The last time i saw my doctor she recomended that i just start eating prunes. That way i was getting in fruit too! I eat one prune every night and it has been works great! They taste kind of gross, but if you like raisans then they are like the same thing.
