Multivitamins

I was told by my Surgeon I need to take a Multivitamin daily along with Calcium Citrate +Vitamin D specifically 500mg 2x / day (total 100mg)

Does anyone have specific suggestions? Right now I do take Nature's Made Biotin & b12.

My surgeon told me to take flintstones complete chewable for a multi , one 2000 vitamin d and super b complex

I take Celebrate chewable bariatric vitamin, Orange flavor. Taste good.

I also take Wellese liquid calcium citrate. I buy Wellese at Walmart & order the multivitamin online.

I take Centrum advanced now (Centrum chewables when I couldn't take tablets), Calcichew D-forte and an injection of B12 every 3 months (from my GP) and a seperate D vitimin from the health shop.

I just bought some new soft chewables from Walgreens. The name of the product is U-Be-Livin-Smart

General Health. These are made with fruits and whey Protein. It has about the same as the Bariatric Advantage ones, and taste a lot better! It does have 2g of carbs but also 2g of protein. If can take a picutre of the box later and add it I will, but this will work in the meantime:
