I use Palmer's cocoa oil or Palmer's cocoa butter. I happen to love the feel and the smell!

Honestly, nothing. I didn't experience any swelling and a year after surgery I had no visible scars. My dermatologist had to take out her lighted magnifying glass to find them. I certainly can't see them. So my recommendation is to save some money and stay away from magical lotions and potions that claim to prevent scars.

I tend to keloid. I use Scarfade gel to help flatten them. I know just use virgin coconut oil which I use the just about everything! I use it on my hair, my face and cooking as well.
