Starting with soft foods, I was allowed no-sugar added applesauce, peaches, and pears. I avoided any fruit with seeds (strawberry, kiwi, etc) early out.

Also I am trying to be mindful of fruits as it turns to sugar- I may try some green smoothies a couple times a week but look for the fruit with lowest sugar content- but agreed about the seeds.

Mine allowed me to set applesauce and said watermelon was fine.

For fruit, it was recommened that I eat greek yogurts with fruit, or canned fruit in natrual juices, and applesauce until I get to week 6.

I have been eating the yogurt thus far cause I at least get the 10g of Protein with that as well.

You should speak with your nutritionist. Everyone has a different protocol.

I was okayed for soft fruits when I moved to purees which was week 3 for me. If they were canned they had to be packed in Water only.
