No one is perfect! Just keep at it. You can do it!

Ok, so you screwed up...

It's ok to do so...

As long as you learn from your mistake...

You've now acknowledged your screw up...

Next time you're tempted, think back and remember how bad it made you feel...

We all make mistakes...

Even me!!! (I know... Hard to believe isn't it...)

Don't be too hard on yourself @@amcpherson29

Not this time, anyway...

You'll get there...

We're all entitled to a mistake here and there. Don't beat yourself up about it! Learn from it and move on to the next day. Best of luck to you :)

Thanks everyone for the support...just felt scared that the day of surgery I would be closed back up due to a few cheese sticks smh

At least it was protein instead of Oreos.

Or chips or candy etc pick up and carry on don't allow a slip up to define the entire experience it's over move on

it was one mistake dont let it shame spiral you into a series of mistakes pick your self up and dust your self off and learn from this

Yeah I shame spiral. I definitely eat my guilt when I can't help a client or can't do something I should be able to do but can't because of my spine injury.

Don't spiral! It'll be okay! Of all the things you could have chosen to eat, string cheese was at least soft, and protein!

You got this!

I'm having a hard time with the pre-op liquid diet too. My surgery is scheduled next Thursday. Best of luck to you :) Maybe we can encourage each other, I need all the encouragement I can get!

Don't give up! You've come so far...you've got to learn to forgive yourself and accept that you're not perfect, but that this is a process and you can manage it!
