  2. I have a similar problem I've four weeks post op and before surgery, I could drink my shakes no problem at all. Since surgery though, the smell of Protein shakes makes my stomach turn, the taste makes my stomach turn, even the unflavored! Tried the unflavored when I made an omelet and it all came up. It as horrible. I've tried Isopure, Syntrax nectar, unjury, Pure Protein, Muscle Milk. I'm at a loss and so frustrated! Any suggestions?

  4. Who is going to be your surgeon in Richmond? I have to head there Thursday, over a 4 hour drive, for my second follow up appointment
  5. Oh my gosh, I thought I was the only one that did this. The past few days I sneeze after I eat and it's a hard sneeze, it hurts!!

  7. I suggest you go to goodwill or a consignment shop. You'll keep losing weight and probably don't want to spend too much now because your sizes will keep changing

  9. I have had IBS with diarrhea for years. I was sleeved on September 10th and the first week and a half or so, I had bad diarrhea but since then, things have been better!
  10. My surgeon's office recommended the Bariatric Advantage Advanced Multi EA chewables. Two of those in the morning, then a Bariatric Advantage calcium citrate Chewy Bite in the afternoon and another one in the evening.

  12. I'm having a hard time with the pre-op liquid diet too. My surgery is scheduled next Thursday. Best of luck to you Maybe we can encourage each other, I need all the encouragement I can get!
  13. My gastric sleeve surgery is scheduled for September 10th. Due to my insurance, I have to travel 4 hours away to have my surgery. I go on September 8th for my pre-op testing, a class, and also one final appointment with my surgeon. Anxious but excited!
