Corn tortillas

My favorite type of food is Mexican food . I love French fries but have found a healthy way to still have them will I ever be able to enjoy a burrito (kids size) lol or chicken tacos again ? Are they loaded with carbs. Just a question I'm not saying I'm going to do it or anything so please dont judge me.

Lettuce wraps are great. Another alternative is to make some cheese shells for your tacos. You just take some shredded cheese and sprinkle it in a circle on parchment paper and microwave to melt it. Then as it cools you can set it on a rolling pin to make it curved like a taco shell and it will harden.

Sounds delicious thank you so much.

Thanks guys I know I will be fine without the tortillas might just miss them now. Might not even want them in the long run

I bet if you try them, they will taste good but you won't like the feel. I've tried a few bites of a tortilla twice and both times I couldn't eat the rest of the day because it just sat in my sleeve.

Like others here I typically eat them w/o tortilla, but I just found an awesome zucchini tortilla recipie I've been using! I posted it in the food section.
