Hi! I'm a 32 year old mom of 3 from upper east Tennessee.. I Had my vsg on Feb 2 in Nashville, tn. So far I have lost 87 lbs! I feel so much better but I still have problems eating the amount of protein that I should. Any suggestions? I also went to the dr today for an infection under my loose skin on my belly. I look forward to body contouring when I lose all the weight cause this hurts! I will post some pics from before and now. :-)

Wow, you look amazing! I am exactly one week post op. I hope to lose as much as you at six months. Keep up the great work! I hit my protein goals by drinking GNC's lean shake. Each bottle is 25 grams of protein, so I shoot for 3 per day. Surprisingly, they are quite tasty! Good luck in all your weight loss endeavors!
