HALF way to goal!

Hello,

I am 10 weeks post op and have lost 49.6 pounds, which is approximately half of my total weight loss goal.

I know things will slow down extremely in the very near future, but what was your weight loss goal and how long did it take to obtain it?

I'm just the opposite. In the week pre op and the week after I lost 24 lbs. nothing sense. I'm almost 8 weeks out and nothing's happening.... Till yesterday. 2 lbs down yay. My dr says this is normal.

  • @@caligul, great job! It's been the largest learning curve I have ever had to tackle, that's for sure!

I'm so excited about 2 pounds.
