  • No clue, I stayed off the scale entirely for the first few months except for weigh-ins at my doctor's office. So I didn't get on the scale until a month post-op (my surgeon doesn't weigh people at 2 w

  • That does't really answer the question that OP had. I don't agree that weighing once a month is the best solution for everyone. For me personally this is how I regained after the lap band failure I

I don't own a scale so I only tell you what I lost at my 10 day post op visit and 6 week post op visit (which was today). I had surgery 7/6/15.

At 10 days post op I had lost 10 pounds. Today at my 6 week post op visit I had lost 31 pounds since surgery. On a side note, she said that I had lost too much weight.

How much weight did you loose with the sleeve the first three weeks?? I have dateeee on 28th????????????

Hi. It varies but in my case I believe it was around 25lbs in the first 3 weeks. Next week makes 12 weeks post op and as of yesterday I'm down 81lbs. post-244766-14398823926104_thumb.jpg

3 wks yesterday. Sw 316 yesterday i was 285

Had 3 week appt today and have officially lost 14.4 lbs since surgery. Thought it would be more but i have been stalled for the past 4 days, no lost at all. Can now eat soft foods so excited for eggs, fish and veggies.

I was three weeks on Monday and have lost 10 lbs of water from the hospital iv's that I gained there and 16lbs after that. But my weight loss is very slow. I find it hard to take in the calories the doctor wants me to. And my first two week I couldn't get much in. Anyone else having this problem?

I lost 30 lb in 3 weeks. I am now 7 weeks post op and finally lost 2 more lbs. I was shocked by my stall even though I read about it. I was happy to finally see the scale move the other day.

I've lost 17 since my surgery on Aug 5th, but seem to have hit a stall the last couple of days. Doesn't bother me because I've read everyone's warnings on here and knew to expect it.

I am 2 weeks post op today. I have lost 9lb. I was hoping for more, but can't complain.

Keep up good work guys!! 24pounds had my surgery Aug 6,2015! ????????

I was at 247.4 now at 223.2

That's great ???? congrats

@@jfzimmerman . . . I was also sleeved August 5th. I've stalled too, but expected it (maybe not quite this soon) thanks to this community! Stalled at 11 pounds post surgery.

I'm stilled stalled; six days now. scale won't budge. I saw my surgeon yesterday and he said I have to start walking to get my metabolism working again. He's asking for 15 min a day at least 4 days a week; more days if I can do it. So today, I start walking! Yay! lol!
