  1. I am 9 months post op and had nausea shortly after surgery. I only vomited a couple of times, but believe it was side effects from the anesthesia. I made sure I took my Zofran every 6 hours for the first two weeks. As far as hair loss, it happens. However keep taking your Vitamins. My hair has finally stopped shedding. It will b get better.
  2. I weigh everyday and I am 9 months post op. I didn't lose weight in December and January. But I also stopped logging my food and only weighed in sporadically. As of February 1st, I made rhetoric decision to use my tool how should be used and also weigh in daily. The scale helps me be accountable for my food choices.
  3. 206.5 This was a hard week. I ate pecan pie. The first time since I had the sleeve. When I returned home I had to remind myself to be mentally strong.
  4. Current Weight: 208.1 Goal Weight: 190
  5. 212.3 Yay, finally moving again!
  6. 214.9 I guess I've stalled
  7. I still don't see my name or weight.
  8. I'm in CW 220 GW 200
  9. I am donating my clothes to a non profit company in Orange County called Human Options. I have given my kids clothes to them as well. They are an agency devoted to helping domestic violence victims.
  10. I went through Kaiser Fontana. I started my classes Feb 3rd and had my surgery July 2nd. I am happy I completed the classes. I actually gained 2lbs from the beginning of the class until the end. I am about 8 weeks post op and so thankful I had the classes.
  11. I lost 30 lb in 3 weeks. I am now 7 weeks post op and finally lost 2 more lbs. I was shocked by my stall even though I read about it. I was happy to finally see the scale move the other day.
  12. I had my surgery July 2nd and had to switch to Muscle Milk quickly because it was lactose free. I had always liked the Premier protein shakes but shortly after surgery realized dairy affected me differently. I now drink Muscle Milk exclusively.
