It's really good. I loved the banana cream flavor.

I like the Organic Valley Organic Fuel. I have several food allergies, so this brand seems to work best for me. I haven't had my surgery yet so I don't want to love and then experience the different tastes buds after the surgery.

Back to the Protein shakes....Sorry! They're 26g of protein, they have chocolate and vanilla bean. They're lactose free and gluten free. They're not made from whey Proteins, but from milk proteins. So far I've tried adding the orange vanilla Mio flavor into the vanilla bean, it is sooooo delicious. It tastes like a Creamsicle. I've read others adding the flavored sugar free syrups to give extra flavors.

muscle milk is pretty good. kinda sweet. if you mix with milk it runs up the calories. I didn't like it in water. so I either used fat free milk or added water to thin out the milk.

I had my surgery July 2nd and had to switch to Muscle Milk quickly because it was lactose free. I had always liked the Premier protein shakes but shortly after surgery realized dairy affected me differently. I now drink Muscle Milk exclusively.

I had my surgery on October 15th, and I loved the OV Protein Shakes prior to surgery, but am afraid to try them now post op because of the high sugar content. 26g of protein but also 26g of sugar. I really don't want to get dumping.

I suppose the only way to know for me is to try.

Are you post op? I have not been able to really find anyone drinking them post op, but I would love to know if you have been handling them ok. :)
