Baked Hummus-Crusted Chicken

I want to say it was @@Smye that posted this in an update. I tried it last night.

Its was REALLY good. The chicken turned out super moist and the veggies were prefect.

Here is the link to the recipe I followed. lunch today. One of the breasts weighed 4.5 after cooking so that worked out well for another meal and still had veggies left.
