Where did my hunger go?

I am nearly 3 months post op. I have been hungry every day. I had no trouble eating. Some things were too dense, so I avoided them (chicken, pork) But cottage cheese, eggs, meatballs, Protein drink, almost anything else went down fine. Till yesterday. Yesterday I had no hunger. Now, I know I'm not sick. I feel healthy and not ill. But the thought of food makes my stomach turn. I am only able to eat maybe a spoonful or two, and I have to quit. Do you suppose it took this long for the Grehlin to leave my system? Any ideas are appreciated.

It happens. I still have times where several days go by and I have to force myself to eat. Then there are times where I feel like I could eat all day long and I have to restrain myself. Today has been one of those days. It's just the ebb and flow of things with the sleeve :)

babbs,

That could have been written by me. Some days I forget to eat till I get a headache or some reminder. Other days I feel hungry a short while after I've had a decent meal. I'm always trying to push Water also????

Still learning even years out. I would not trade this life for anything. Life is difficult enough without the burden of many many pounds!

Thank you ladies, I appreciate the comments. I was beginning to think there was something wrong with me.

@@wannaBthinsoon I was sleeved on April 24 th 2015. I have lost only 25 pounds since the morning I came home from the hospital. (200# to 175#). Can I ask, how much have you lost since you actually had the surgery? Thanks, Lynne.

27 lbs sleeved July 15th. But, I started out much heavier than you @@lynneanne :)
