I was really surprised I wasn't having an anxiety attack prior to mine -- I used to take anxiety medications, and even though I don't any more, I still have the problem. My doctors were EXCELLENT and I was as calm as I could be. I even remembered laughing and joking with the staff while they were prepping me on the table.

You'll be fine, just remember that it all gets better from here.

Good luck. I know you will do fine! Keep us posted!

It's been rough, to be honest. I'm not sleeping well and it took me a very long time to come out of anesthesia. I have lots of gas and diarrhea. Sorry, TMI.

So glad you are home. It will get better. Give yourself a chance to heal. Don't push yourself too hard especially with the hernia surgeries. Sending positive and healing prayers your way!!
