I went out and walked today!! Found a beautiful walking trail in my hometown that is dog friendly! God, it felt so good to move again and not have any pain. My hips would bother me before. Now, nothing. Gonna try to do it again tomorrow.

Good for you Shauna! I took my daughter school shopping today and got some good exercise too!! Yeah!!

Hey when can you guys eat fruit? I'm dying for some raspberries or strawberries!

I want a plum so bad!!! I'm a little intimidated by the sugar though considering I dumped from a smoothie 2 weeks ago. It could've been bc it was so early though. Going to the dr on Monday. I'm going to ask them then.

I had a small Apple Monday. I did not finish the whole thing. I could not eat the skin. It taste funny to me.

Aw I'm sorry to hear ! Nice and slow, even if you are hungry and just want to eat normally lol I haven't thrown up yet, I'm dreading the day it happens ! On a brighter note, today is my one month "surgiversay" yay :) I should also add I called out of work today because I'm in pain. Hope you feel better !

Too fast, too big of bites, and don't chew enough is usually the cause from what my team told me. But there are just retain foods that your body doesn't want to deal with too I think

Make sure that you are chewing your food good until it's liquid form. It will come as you go along in the process. I have threw up two or three times and believe me it's nothing that anyone wants to go threw. It's miserable it takes along of energy from you. I hope you feel better.

So one thing that has happened to me... may be a little tmi, haha. I haven't had a regular period in like 7 years or so to the point where I would go a year and a half without one ect. Well I had one right after the surgery, and then right at a month later.... so looks like that's starting to turn around

Oh... Yes ma'am your hormones are getting back regulated. I had my period a week after surgery which was five days and done. It was somewhat regular before that, but I had to take birth control to regulate my period. My doctor said that my hormones were off balance due to my weight.

So I've lost a total of 33 pounds since the prep diet. My one month pre-op appointment is tomorrow and I'm hoping the doctor says I'm doing well. I'm 2 pounds away from pre-pregnancy weight with my second child and 14 pounds away from pre-pregnancy with my first child. Seems like such a long way to go, but I know I will get there and then some!! How is everyone else doing? I'm getting tired of the same old foods. Chicken meatballs are gross to me now. Hope you all are happy with your progress so far.
