  1. This is my favorite side by side so far.
  2. I can't wait to be under 200. Hoping by my 6 month follow up which is December 21.
  3. How much is everyone able to eat now? I had a followup yesterday and I didn't think I was eating enough. He said I am fine. I eat three meals a day and one isopure. My meals are just a quarter of a cup. So I don't get much protein from those. I don't tolerate meat very well. I'm close to being a vegetarian. Doctor says that's healthy for me.
  4. 51 from surgery. I have lost 120 total.
  5. Awesome ladies. I went to a wedding yesterday and some people didn't even recognize me. I love that. Today is 3 months. I'm down pounds.
  6. Just wanted to see how everything is going for everyone. I am 11 weeks out and have lost 45 pounds since my surgery date. I was at 313 when I started my appointments. I was 284 the day of my surgery. This morning I was at 239. I am happy with my process. I have a hard time with eating meat so I am finding alternate protein. I am learning my new body.
  7. Woo good. I know. Nothing really fits right any more. My biggest goal at the gtm was to get the body fay reader to measure and it did yesterday. Super exciting! !!
  8. I got the impacted bowel from all the medicine from surgery and just all the protein and no veggies.
  9. I am doing ok. I only lost 9 pounds in five weeks. I have had some issues. I was in the hospital with an impacted bowel and I throw up when I have anything very solid. Very discouraged right now.
  10. I have gone through the same thing. Now on top of that I th I no I have an impacted bowel. Will be making a trip to the hospital this afternoon.
  11. I am down 22 lbs since day of surgery. I am down 91 since highest weight.
  12. OK so I just threw up food for the first time. It was not pleasant. This is my first day I can have something other than purees.I think I either ate too fast or it got stuck. Never the less it was not fun.
  13. I had a small yellow plum minus the skin. It was great. Little by little.
  14. Moving is super important. I am almost 4 weeks out. I went back to the gum at 2 weeks out. I feel great. I am off all meds. The only thing I take now are my vitamins.
  15. Moving does help you feel better.
  16. I am doing very well. Had my 3 week follow up. I am now off all medications. So excited!!!
  17. I have blue cross. A week.
  18. I am back to work now for a week. Went back one day short of two weeks. I was so ready. I have knots in my back but other than that have been great. I even went swimming and water walking for 2 hours yesterday and plan on doing it today because it is my day off.
  19. Lol. I talked to my surgical nurse today because I had questions. She said everyone is different. She said it is normal for some.
  20. Its so weird. I can eat a whole egg. I can eat 1/4 cup of most things without that super full feeling.
  21. That sounds yummy. You had it pureed, right?
