Waist training

I am currently 7 weeks post op and am healing really well. I used to waist train before the surgery and want to get back into it. Is it too soon to start? The waist trainer is not that insanely tight, is it a matter of me being able to bear it at this stage? And I know I know I should ask my surgeon etc

Yep, agreed, I would ask. I would be very careful with anything compression related. Better safe than sorry?

Have you had success with waist training? I've always been interested in the concept but figured it would need to wait until after I have surgery because of my size.

Thanks!
