  1. In the am I am having my final appt . I get to know when my surgery is I'm so excited.
  2. I live in kent. But what I did was have my Dr send my referral in to the Insurance company. Which is the apple care once he did that I called them after a few days to see if they got my referral also I learned from the insurance company that you primary care Dr doesn't have to be the one to send in your referral. You can have any other Dr related to your health care like if you go to physical therapy they can send it in. But as the end of the day if you want your Dr. To do it just explain to him y you need it or see a different Dr. My pca is in federal way he sent in the referral after I spoke to him about why I did the surgery.. If you want to DM me I can give you his number. He's located by the st Francis hospital.
  3. What insurance company do you have?
  4. What insurance do you have?
  5. I have one more day till I find out my surgery date. I'm scared but excited. I'm praying for minimal pain. I Dont do pay well. I start my new job on Nov 28th. So I really hope I can be feeling good enough to start my job.
  6. I would see what their appeal process is and make they the info from you Dr of why you need the surgery. Its pretty much what I had to do.
  7. Aaaw this brought tears to my eyes congratulations beautiful. You got this keep up the great work. I fully understand the way that your feeling thank you so much for sharing this with us.
  8. I will say I honestly miss being in the background and not being the center of attention. I was ok with ppl telling how pretty I was and leaving it at that. But now everywhere I go I have men trying to talk to me. The thing is I just Dont know how to respond and it makes me uncomfortable. Plus I have anxiety so sometimes certain. Social situations trigger my anxiety. It makes me not want to leave the house just I did when I was bigger..I'm sure I will get use to it over time but right now its too much for me. I literally have men following me around in stores trying to get me to exchange numbers with them and I'm use to it unless it was a guy that likes bbw. I miss being invisible. But I wouldn't change my choice for wanting wls.
  9. I haven't even had my surgery yet and my boobs are already getting really small. I went from a dd down to a 34/36 c but I think that's only bcuz I'm not small yet. So I feel u on the boob part.
  10. They have actually started doing like 10 yrs later or up to 10 yrs and most of the ppl have gained most of their weight back smh or even more weight. Its so addicted to watch.
  11. Do any of you ever watch my 600 lb life? The show makes everything we r going through look so much more real. And easier to understand.
  12. Wow I can really relate to how ur feeling. Its like u took the words right out of my mind. Im not sure how to feel now that ppl r starting to notice me. I'm scared outta my mind for the changes to come. Thank you for sharing this.
  13. 2017 is going to be great for all of us. I can't wait to find out my date either but I'm soooo scared.
  14. I have about 7 days till my final appointment. I will finally find out when I can get my wls. I am starting to feel nervous. At first I was just ready to start my journey.. Now I will admit I'm scared outta my mind. I've never spend the night in the hospital. But at the same time I'm super excited. I have anxiety which has been pretty well managed but lately it's been at an all time high. Its been hard for me to fall asleep at night. I'm sure it will be late nights like this till its over with. What are some things you all have done to keep calm?

  17. I will be trying this as well thank u
  18. Drink lots of water. Do liquid only till ur apt and see if u can get some phentamean
  19. I would do low card everything high protein and always what I did was have my Dr prescribe phentamen lol however u spell it. And that was 6 days before my last nut app and I lost 12lbs.
  20. I have united healthcare. But I think it depends on ur state too. Ur bmi and everything else u should be qualified. I had to lose 5% of my body weight which was like 24 lbs in 6mos with a nutritionist.
  21. Congrats at making the choice to improve your way of life. I actually know someone that had the surgery at 12 bcuz she was close to the 400's. She is has maintained a healthy weight since. I fully understand not wanting to wait the 6 months. I was feeling the same way. I've done diets and worked out and lost a lot of weihht. But what I found out on this 6 month journey is that I've been learning new things I didn't know before. I think the 6 months is needed so that you can learn all the healthy eating habits and life style changes you will need. Just push your self to do everything you need to get it done. I wish I had the courage to make the choice you are a long time ago. I just finished the apts I am waiting for my final apt before the surgery. I will be more than happy to answer any of your questions. And we can exchange ideas. Good luck on your journey you got this.
  22. I believe so. There should be others that don't contain lactose - but with less sugars than the one you chose.Ok thank you for your help. I think need to go to GNC or something for better choices.
  23. Your right it was pretty sweet. It says 8 to 16 grams of sugar depending on how many scopes. I am going to call the weight management center to have them email me some choices me final app isn't till Oct 27th
