  4. Your brain need carbs to function properly as well as your blood. However, you may be experiencing acid reflex, if you haven't been on a acid reducer this should help with the sensation. Hope this helps and good luck
  5. Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone with the exhaustion☺️
  6. Hello all, I'm four days post opt and this is not the best it so hard for me to get liquids down, hot fluids I tolerate better than cold but it's still a struggle to get anything down. I exhausted all the time and want to lay down and sleep but I remember I have to move walk and stay a little active. I didn't believe this would take that much out of me considering all the great success stories I've been reading. I trying to stay positive because everything was a success and I don't have diabetes anymore which is a blessing in itself. Anyway, I just want to let you all know what was going on with me and how I'm feeling.
  7. @ we can do this thanks for the support and encouragement ????

  12. Hello all, February 16th the day I am to change my life for the better! I am getting nervous and really starting to realize how much I miss eating food now that I'm on the pre-opt diet. I never knew I could smell everything???? The first three days of this diet was extremely difficult???????? Considering I was a yo-yo with my weight and eating habits this should be a breeze but it is a struggle ???? I need to really change my relationship with food???? I can't wait for the big day, so I think I'm so nervous about everything
  13. Good Luck!!!???? I have mine the same day and my emotions are similar to yours.
