I just relocated to AZ and wanted to know if there is anyone here to help support me with this new journey. I'm almost 4 months post-opt and struggle with exercise and protein and fluids????. I wish there was more time in the day so I could get it all in, I find myself having to choose between eating or drinking cause you can't do both????. I need a friend/ support buddy to help me be successful????.In addition I'm looking for a program so I could do my six month visit does anyone have suggestions? I'm so worried I will gain the weight back????

Did you look at any of the area hospitals? I am looking to move to North Carolina and I looked to see if any offer support groups like mine does here and I did find several. It's worth a look! Also, don't worry about getting it all in right now. Fluid is most important I was told, it's really easy to dehydrate yourself.
