My surgeon didn't give me a goal and here is why....

I had ALOT of weight to lose.

They didn't want me to lose 100# and then feel like a failure because I didnt hit some magical number.

What I did was create an initial goal, and hten a stretch goal and ran it by my NUT for approval.

BTW, i exceeded my stretch goal. :)

my surgeon informed me that I should expect to lose around 70% of my weight

70 percent Of your EXCESS weight, right?

Mine have me a number. 135. I'm 5'5 or 6. I feel I should weight from 125-130 however and that's what I'm going for. I'm just basing it on how my body looks and feels.

Plus I want to give myself some wiggle room in case I gain any back.
