    Thank you guys. I am getting my water and protein in. I have not been cleared to work out but just assumed it would be ok. I see my dr tomorrow so I will ask to make sure that it's ok to work out.

  • Don't be in such a hurry. It will come off faster. I lost alot in my first couple weeks then plateaued for awhile then the weight started to come off fast.

There are so many variables (height, starting weight, recovery from surgery), that you can't compare. The only numbers that are my business are the ones I can influence/control: those are protein and water. Are you reaching, or approaching, your protein and water goals?
